Deco X20 Trouble Connecting via Ethernet

Hi,
My Deco device has stopped connecting to the internet in our home. I’ve reset the device and am currently trying to reconnect, but I’m receiving an error indicating it’s not detecting the Ethernet cable or that it’s not connected.
I’ve tried multiple cables, but the issue persists. Do you have any suggestions for what I can try next?

Hi, welcome to the community.
Have you tried to connect the ISP modem to another Ethernet port on the main Deco X20?
It is also recommended to set a different Deco as the main Deco to see whether it made any difference.

thanks for the response. I tried this doing this yes, on the second device it just stayed red.
Not sure where to now, or if a full reset is of the devices is needed. Appreciate guidance, thanks
