Model: Deco X73-DSL
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

I installed a new Deco X73-DSL a few days ago, and have found it to be more robust on my noisy DSL line than the last Netcomm modem.

However, I'm still experiencing loss of internet about 2-3 times per day (wifi is still active).  The white light next to the DSL line on the back of the Deco stays solid, and the Deco app reports that "everything looks good".  I've confirmed the internet has failed through both wifi and ethernet connections.

I can reboot the modem manually, which reconnects the internet.  My question: is there a way to force the Deco to reboot automatically instead?  My old modem would do this, but the Deco can't seem to.  Thanks in advance.

Sounds similar to my issue here: https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/733038

Do you have anything like this in your logs after a disconnect?:

  @Gumballmachine

Hi, May I know who your internet service provider is?

I remember the current firmware of Deco X73-DSL doesn't support the reboot schedule yet.

It would be very helpful if you save some screenshots of the DSL status when the internet has failed, then also save the web system log before restarting the Deco.

How to check DSL sync status on Deco DSL model

You could submit a support ticket via email and attach the above details. Please also include your Forum ID-733190 and community nickname in the subject or content.

Wait for your reply and best regards.
