Model: Archer AX23
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.0 Build 20230725 Rel. 56344(4555)

I have checked AX1800 WiFi signal with WifiInfoView and it has max speed only at 867 Mbps with 80 MHz bandwidth, unlike what seems to be advertised in What is WiFi 6? (802.11 ax) | Fastest WiFi Router | TP-Link.

Did I miss something in order to make the router 160MHz? There are only 4 channels to choose from 36 / 40 / 44 / 48, and cannot choose to use only 80 MHz, can only be 20/40/80 MHz, and the connection speed (EasyMesh with AX1800 x2) is slower than what my ISP provided which can be set to use only 80 MHz bandwidth, at higher frequency channel.

Or which model does support 160 MHz? I tried to look into specifications but couldn't find anything related to channel width availability.

 Hi @Wech,

From the AX23 specifications, its 5 GHz: 1201 Mbps (802.11ax), does not support 160Mhz.WiFi 6 technology supports the highest channel width 60Mhz, and the required 5Ghz negotiation rate is, 2402Mbps.
If you need 160Mhz, you can consider products above AX3000. Because the WiFi specifications of a router usually refer to the sum of 5Ghz rate and 2.4Ghz rate (for example, AX1800=5 GHz: 1201 Mbps (802.11ax)+2.4 GHz: 574 Mbps (802.11ax)), please confirm that the specifications clearly indicate '5 GHz: 4804 Mbps (802.11ax, HE160)' or above.

Regarding the problem of unsatisfactory easymesh speed, are the routers you are currently using Archer AX23? Is the network formed by satellite router and main router Ethernet backhaul or WiFi backhaul?

Here are some tips which might improve the speed of your Archer Router:
    1) If Ethernet speed is slower than expected, please try different Ethernet cables (CAT5E or above) on the Router.
    2) Disable QoS, please access http://tplinkwifi.net and go to Advanced >> QoS to disable it.
    3) Disable Parental Control, please go to Advanced >> Parental Control to disable it.
    4) If wireless speed is slower than expected, please go to Advanced >> Wireless Settings to change the 5GHz Wi-Fi channel, you may try different channels to find the best one for your environment.
    5) Disable SIP ALG and UPNP, please go to Advanced >> NAT Forwarding >> UPNP to disable UPNP, go to Advance >> Security to disable SIP ALG.
    6) Try a few other speedtest servers, other servers might reach better speeds.
