DECO XE75 pro unusable 2.4 Ghz network
DECO XE75 pro unusable 2.4 Ghz network
I have a network composed by 3 deco xe75 pro and one deco x50. My 2.4 Ghz network is unusable (packet drops, high latency, continuous disconnection of IoT devices).
I've done a scan of wifi and found that deco often chooses a channel used by other networks, and channel width is always 40 Mhz. The only way I have to reduce interference is to reduce channel width to 20 Mhz, but I can't do dat with the app. Can you help me?

Hi, it is a pity to hear that.
We have consulted the engineering team to take further analysis on your feedback, now it may be too late.
Anyway, sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Thank you and best regards.

I have received an email from the support team with a link to a beta firmware. I applied the firmware on Saturday morning and comparing the fast.com speed test the results are much better.
Before beta firmware:
Download 24Mbps
Upload: 12Mbps
Latency unloaded: 7ms
Latency loaded: 385ms
After beta firmware:
Download 45Mbps
Upload: 24Mbps
Latency unloaded: 12ms
Latency loaded: 261ms
I have also noticed an improvement in the responsiveness of IOT devices using the 2.4GHz channel, I will continue to test and monitor the situation but so far the results have been much much better.
