unidentified network problem DHCP
Hi all
I encounter regularly problems with the DHCP Adress assignment at my router
i´ve often to restart it sometimes it provides remedy sometimes not.
All my equipment connects properly except my 2 windows PC´s
(one desktop and a brand new laptop)
they get after being switched of overnight in the morning an unidentified network error.
i´ve no rogue DCHP´s etc.
The router even recognizes them i can see them in the dashboard but then they´ve no internet acces.(unidentified network)
it there a possiblilty to built in a DHCP table cleaner?
assigning a Static IP makes them visible in the Dashboard but no internet acces.
in the network itself are 2 Range extenders (TP Link - DHCP Off) and 2 accesspoints (1x NEtgear 1x TP Link)
would it be possible that the DHCP Table cleans itself during the night or something similar?
REgards

Hi @FredLuxembourg,
I understand your desire to use the network normally. As woozle said, this is a known issue and we have released TL-WA860RE V6 firmware. Can you download it and see if the problem is solved?
If you want to replace the product, you need to consult local support for further help.
In addition, it is not recommended that you post product information directly in public.
Thank you.

Hi @FredLuxembourg,
Did you set the static IP for these two PCs? , what is the error message? Please check what are IP addresses of them when the issue occurs.
Are other client devices working normally? Please tell me what are models of laptop and desktop?
At the same time, please try following suggestions:
1. Check Wi-Fi signal strength: Ensure that the affected client devices are within range of the TP-Link router and not obstructed by obstacles. Consider repositioning the router or using Wi-Fi range extenders to improve coverage.
2. Adjust wireless channel: Change the wireless channel on the router to minimize interference from neighboring networks.
3. Check wired connections: If the affected devices are wired, try using different Ethernet cables and ports to rule out any issues with the connections.
4. Update client device drivers: Make sure the network adapter drivers on the affected client devices are up to date.
5. Disable router features: Temporarily disable advanced router features like Quality of Service (QoS) that may be causing compatibility issues with specific client devices.
6. Update router firmware: Check for and install any available firmware updates for the TP-Link router to address compatibility issues and improve stability.

Hi,
Actually, there used to be an issue like you described with the TL-WA860RE V6, but that should have been resolved in the latest firmware version 1.0.13.

@woozle @Joseph-TP
So the Firmware mentioned is installed on this Extender.
The extender was workinkg correctly when i used it with a FRITZ BOX7530AX
But now i´m using the ARCHER BE550 and before for 1 month, a NETGEAR Router.
With both Routers the Range extender is unuseable and messes up my whole homenetwork by creating permanent conflicts and unidentified Network problems.
Due to the fact that the Router is stll under warranty i´d like to request an exchange against another model SN: 2234416001783
