Do you want the ability to manually renew IP addresses because it might be insecure if the WAN IP address stays the same?

Usually, the service provider has its own update frequency to renew the IP address, and within the update period, it will assign the same IP address regardless of the renewal request from the wireless routers. Moreover, Frequent requests for IP renewal will accelerate the exhaustion of the limited address pool and is also a burden for the ISP network.

I would like to see this feature as well. Randomly if my gateway is rebooted, my Deco x55 Pro will get a "local" IP Address (even though I have Passthrough configured). To have my Deco x55 Pro get the WAN Address assigned, I can try rebooting it but what always works is if I change to PPPoe and then change back to Dynamic. An option to Release and then Renew would be great.
