Please please make a tutorial on how to enable QOS in this modem or give and update to easily enable QOS for any user , the tutorial which is in site is really really really complicated. I saw that it's another person's problem too....... PLEASE FIXXXXXX THISSSSSS

You may refer to P71-P73 in the User Guide to configure QoS on the device.

As I said it's really complicated. And another question is that is it possible to give a update for simplifying UI or add It to TP-Link Tether App (something more user friendly) , I saw some other guys want this in community too , please release update for this .

Archer VR1800v supports to be managed by Tether app, while it does not support speed limit feature.
