Model: Deco X20
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.2.1 Build 202407723 Rel. 64983
Lately I've had problems getting the OpenVPN server to work on Deco. I recently reset Deco and set up the system again to see if this helped, but it still doesn't work.

Now I can't change the DDNS address either. I get an error message telling me to try again later.

OpenVPN server does not work either.
Inside the edit server, the DDNS address does not appear either, but only the IP address.

Deco also takes a very long time to generate the configuration file.

Any tips on how I can go about troubleshooting and getting this sorted?

Hi, thanks for posting question here.

Here are some suggestions for your reference:

1. Update Deco app to latest from Google Play or Apple Store.

2. Check and update to latest firmware(1.2.2) on Deco app.

3. You may refer to the guide to check the OpenVPN server settings on Deco app. If it still not work, please share the screenshots of your detailed settings.

4. As for DDNS, it is also suggested to follow this guide to check your settings and that guide to troubleshoot. Please share the screenshots of your detailed settings and related error message.
