The 1.1.2 could revert to 1.1.0 directly via web UI. Since the 1.1.2 version was just released a few days ago, the engineers are concerned about the potential feedback so if possible, it is not suggested to downgrade the firmware directly. I'll follow up on your case via email to ask the engineer for more advice.

  @David-TP thanks for the reply. I got the email and replied back with the requested info. I definitely appreciate your help with this since when the system is working it's great and I'm very happy with it, but having it twice get updates and lose 80% of its speed, especially around the holidays, is a bit maddening. 

  @David-TP Where is the support for the Deco BE65 V1. ?
