I recently changed my network in my house in that now have a new router and switch. I then reset the tplink and connected to its WiFi.

The tether app can find the device no problem but when I click it it's stuck on the 'logging in to TL-WPA4220'. Eventually it times out/fails to login. Can anyone help please?

Hi  @jertster,

Please hard reset the powerline devices as below: 

For TL-PA4010 (the models which start with TL-PAxxxx), press and hold the Pair button for 15s until all LEDs turn off and then come back on.

For TL-WPA4220 (models beginning with TL-WPAxxxx), press and hold the Reset button for 10s. Release the button and all LEDs turn off. When the LEDs turn back on, the reset process is complete.

 

After resettings, please set it up again:
