My camera is not working after firmware update . Red led and IR led works and dont blinking. Reset with button didn't work .

I found these manuals , but nothing helped me . And there is no factory_up_boot firmware for C500 .
I can flash my chip via programmer , if you can give me correct firmware .
I will be very greateful !!
