Hello All,
I have changed my old 1043ND router with WDR4900 and i have a big problem.
My VoIP phone Gigaset C610IP A doesn't work anymore. After 50 second i can't here the other person, incoming or outgoing calls. With my old router i don't have problems.
I vahe traid to DMZ the phone IP, to open the ports for this IP.
The problem still the same.
Some indications?
Thank you!

Hi all,
after few days i found the solution. I turned off the hardware NAT but leave the software NAT on. I stiil wait an answer if that normal or not.
Best regards,
Maxxdmg

Same router (Firmware Version: 3.14.7 Build 130424 Rel.72646n Hardware Version: WDR4900 v1 00000000)
Gigaset VOIP N300A IP (Hybrid DECT IP base station for landline and VoIP calls)
At first this worked after changing over from our old router. And occasionally works for a while after rebooting it and the router. Then fails with "Registration at provider failed"
Turning off hardware NAT also appears to have solved the problem for us
Any news from TP on why hardware NAT is causing this problem please?

Did you try with the 130320 build?

Thanks for the thought
But I am reluctant to try as the router arrived with this latest software version (unless I wasn't paying attention and it upgraded itself)
It does not appear that TP-link are monitoring this thread themselves so I'll go see if there's a bug submit process

I'm having the exact same problem. After exactly 50 seconds, it's no longer possible to hear the person calling.
When will there be a fix available?
