Problem installing the Configuration Utility

Model : TL-WDN4800
Hardware Version : Not Clear
Firmware Version :

I am having trouble installing the configuration utility, I go through the install process and it installs the drivers fine and it says that it has also installed the configuration utility, but there is no icon to click to open it and it does not open automatically, I have no idea what the problem is, can anyone help ?
