Hi,

i recently bought this PX50 x3 set that i installed home.
however, i am surprised that thé 2 satellite cet disconnected everyday. I need to restart the whole system pour cet them online again.

this is surprising and annoying as they are supposed to provide a good wifi coverage which is not the case.

i havé the latest firmware installed.

Do you jave any idea why this may happen? The main one is atva corner of the house, the 1st satellite is 7/8 mètres from this, and the other one is just upnfrom the stairs, not really far from the first one.

Hi, Did the satellite Deco PX50 turn flashing red during the disconnection?

Have you ever used any powerline adapters before Deco PX50?

The powerline stability highly depends on the electric interference. Please make sure Deco PX50 is far away from the high-power home appliances.

Also try to plug them directly into the power sockets, not behind the surge protection power hub.

Thanks for tour answer,

it is the first Time is use that kind of device. I am in a house that has been fully refurbished so we shoudl not have electricity issues.

the one in the first floor is directly plugged to the wall but disconnected several times yet. The other one is behind a power strip. So I just connected it directly to the wall. We'll see what happens.
I bought them because my brother told me it was working super well, but so far I am not impressed by its reliability nor the connection speed....
