It cannot connect to the router, a Google Nest. When I bought it, they said it could connect to any router. My device is called RE330. It cannot connect to the network. I deleted every connection data from my WiFi connection. I deleted all data from the Tethe App and started again by creating a new user account. When I followed the setup again, it said it was unable to connect to the internet!

Use this video guide for settings up a RE through the Tether app. You may have to reset the RE beofre starting the procedure - press teh reset button for about 10 seconds.
