Deco sn 22435q0x01486 in AP mode connected via a POE switch to a cable network modem loses its connection to the Internet 5-20 times a day and often causes the modem to start blinking, which means a loss of connection to the operator's controller (CMTS). In such a situation, Ethernet and WiFi do not work on the cable modem. Replacing the modem and switch with a TP-Link did not help. Inserting an additional switch (or router in non-routing mode) between the modem and the POE switch does not help. Disconnecting any but one of the 2 decos does not help. The network works completely correctly only in 2 cases: 1. both decos are disconnected and I use the cable modem's Ethernet and WiFi, 2. an additional router (in routing mode) was inserted between the cable modem and the POE switch. Please advise because I have run out of ideas. I tested everything described several times for about 2 months.

Please update firmware to latest 1.4.4 on your Deco app.

If the problem remains, please share the name of your ISP. And what is the model of your cable modem router and PoE switch?

Hi. Thank you, I updated the main AP via the Deco app and it works for now, but the second one is no longer visible. How do I change its software? Restarting doesn't help, the second one after restart first blinks and then lights up with a steady green light or yellow (sorry I cant find out)

Hi, can you see two Decos on Deco app? 

If satellite Deco is still invisible, it is suggested to reboot Deco app and Deco network, then check again?

May I confirm whether your network get stable now? If not, please share the name of your ISP. And what is the model of your cable modem router and PoE switch?
