deco make cable modem drop connection
Deco sn 22435q0x01486 in AP mode connected via a POE switch to a cable network modem loses its connection to the Internet 5-20 times a day and often causes the modem to start blinking, which means a loss of connection to the operator's controller (CMTS). In such a situation, Ethernet and WiFi do not work on the cable modem. Replacing the modem and switch with a TP-Link did not help. Inserting an additional switch (or router in non-routing mode) between the modem and the POE switch does not help. Disconnecting any but one of the 2 decos does not help. The network works completely correctly only in 2 cases: 1. both decos are disconnected and I use the cable modem's Ethernet and WiFi, 2. an additional router (in routing mode) was inserted between the cable modem and the POE switch. Please advise because I have run out of ideas. I tested everything described several times for about 2 months.
