Deco BE65 (Costco model) disconnects for few secs while switching over
Last week, I bought the 3 node version of Deco BE65 (1 base, 2 satellites) from Costco. I have a 2 storey house and have kept the router upstairs and the two satellites on the 2 corners of ground floor. The router and the 2 satellites are connected via Ethernet (Router is directly connected to modem and then connects to an unmanaged TPLink switch which in turn connects to the two satellites via ethernet cable (Cat6). All my devices are wifi 6/6E or below except my Samsung Tab S10 Ultra tablet that connects via Wifi 7.
While the system has been stable during the last week of setting it up, my Wifi 7 tablet keeps disconnecting for a couple of seconds almost every time I walk around the house and it shifts from one satellite to another or from satellite to router and vice versa. This disrupts my calls when it happens.
My wifi configuration:
Internet: AT&T Optical 1 G plan
All my 3 networks: 2.5GHz & 5GHz, 6GHz and MLO Network use the same SSID and password. The tablet switches over between these networks as well while I move around the house.
Operation mode: Wi-fi router
Fast Roaming: Enabled
Beamforming : Enabled
Wireless Network mode: High Capacity
I am getting excellent speeds throughout the house, just this frequent disconnect/reconnect during switchover is driving me nuts.
Is this expected? Is any of my setting wrong? Firmware seems to be the latest version.
