Deco Home PC issues

Hi all,
Recently set up a deco mesh network in my new house. Have 4 Decos covering 3 floors.
Every device (laptops, phones, smart home) works fine with reasonable speeds even at the furthest away deco, apart from my PC.
The PC struggles to gain internet access when connected. I have a good signal strength to the closest deco. It normally presents a DHCP no response error.
I've tried assigning it a reserved IP. I've got IPv4 & 6 enabled on the deco network. The IPv4 is PPPoE, the 6 is on dynamic IP. I haven't changed any of this as I'm not a networks guy.
I was using a TP Link usb adapter. Replaced it with a PCIe adapter. No change.
I can't get the thing to keep a stable connection. If it does connect I get speeds about 10% of the speed on my laptop or mobile which are sat on the same desk.
Please help me! I'm struggling to work remotely properly and it's really causing me a headache.
I can provide offline data from the PC but obviously as it can't connect I can't post from it to here.

If you need quick solution, bring one of Satellite Deco close to PC and connect them with Ethernet cable.

If this is Windows PC, try its "Network troubleshooter", also check Microsoft article "Fix network connection issues in Windows" and also do "Reset WiFi Network Adapter settings"
You should be able to find more info by googling these, this forum does not allow to post external links.

I've run the built-in windows troubleshooting, full network settings reset and ipconfig flush. It feels like a WiFi specific issue but I can't figure out why it's having issues. It must be a specific config issue in windows as i've tried different adapters, and other windows devices right next to me work.

It would be hard to troubleshoot windows specific issues.
How was your PC connected to Internet before you bought Deco mesh?

In my old apartment it was through a USB wifi adapter straight to the router as I didn't have range issues from the fibre port. That same adapter has the issues here, as well as the new one so it must be some sort of issue with connecting into the mesh network.

I see. Unfortunately, I can't help with that, maybe someone else will have other ideas.
Connecting PC with Ethernet cable to Main or Satellite Deco usually helps.
Also, if user has PC connected to ISP router before getting Deco mesh, restoring that connection would have been an option.
I checked both options with you and they don't apply. Still, if nothing else, see if you could make wired link between PC and Deco unit. If not as a solution, at least to check if wired link works. If it doesn't work, too, the problem must be somewhere in Windows network settings common to both wired and wireless adapters.

Hi, thanks for posting question.
May I confirm some information to understand your situation better?
1. What is the OS of your computer?
2. What is the model of your TP-Link USB adapter and new PCIe adapter? If you are not sure, please refer to this official website.
3. If you put the two adapters into other computer/laptop on the same desk, can they get stable and proper speed?

1. Windows 11 (64 Bit)
2. USB adapter is Archer T3U Plus and the PCIe adapter is Archer TX55E (AX3000).
3. I only have a laptop availabe as an alternate so can only test the USB adapter, and yes it works just fine, stable and slightly better speeds as the builtin adapter from the laptop itself. The laptop is running Windows 10.
Thanks

Hi, thanks for your update.
Please update driver of Archer T3U Plus and Archer TX55E on your Win11 PC.
If you enable guest network and only turn on 2.4GHz or 5GHz, can your Win11 PC connect to the guest network properly?
If possible, please move your Win11 PC near the main Deco to confirm whether it works properly.
You may share the model and system information of your Win11 PC referring to this guide.
