Hi,

One of my Deco X50 sattelite is not working since 3 days.
I have tried to reboot it (by unplugging / replugging the power cord), place it near anothers Deco X50 (including the master / principal).

My deco products are under warranty, and I have tried to open a ticket support but the process of user creation on the zohodesk fails when setting my password with the following error: Uncaught TypeError: ar.json.responseJSON is undefined.

I don't know what to do next, so posting in this forum is my last hope

Hi, welcome to our community.

It is suggested to power on this Deco near your main Deco, use a pin to press the reset button for 1 second, then try to reconfigure it on Deco app. (following this guide)

Besides ticket, you may try to contact local technical support again.
