Hi,
One of my Deco X50 sattelite is not working since 3 days.
I have tried to reboot it (by unplugging / replugging the power cord), place it near anothers Deco X50 (including the master / principal).
My deco products are under warranty, and I have tried to open a ticket support but the process of user creation on the zohodesk fails when setting my password with the following error: Uncaught TypeError: ar.json.responseJSON is undefined.
I don't know what to do next, so posting in this forum is my last hope
