Is it possible to have an optional speed limiter included in the software for this router like some of the other TP Link routers have?

I'm using it in Australia on the NBN fibre network where packets get dropped excessively hard when it approaches the upload bandwith limit and then drops back as it climbs back again.

My previous router had a customizable limiter and it worked pretty well in throttling the upload to the limit I set and that prevented it from hitting the NBN limiter resulting a stable upload.
