Model: VX230v
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 0.16.0 2.0.0 v606c.0 Build 240530 Rel.14033n

The VoIP phone works fine most of the time, but when it has some problems I find these informations in the system log:

1) "can not find any account forthe incoming call"

2) "prefix 'x', you enabled this rule for some endptbut didn't indicate the destination". This string is at "Warning Level".

What do these errors refer to? And how do I fix them?

I'm using TIM (Italy) Fiber FTTC with Public Dynamic IP with PPPoE and VLAN ID needed. I need your help, because I searched on the internet and I didn't find much, thanks.

Starting from version 0.13, in the release note you can see how corrections have been made for VoIP in Italy and for the TIM ISP in particular. I ask that an updated firmware be released that makes changes for full compatibility of the Vx230v modem and TIM VoIP.
