Problem with TP-WN725N connection

Hello there,
I am an owner of 2 TP-WN725N devices. The first one works like a charm. The second one, that is different form the other (I don't know which one is v1 or v2) shows this problem:
After an undefined period of time, under unknown circumstances, my internet connection becomes clogged with lag and bad download speeds. The only solution that resets this problem is disabling and then enabling the device from the control panel.
Please note that the first device I own NEVER has had any problem. I installed them on 2 different computers, OS: win 7 64bit, clean installations. One device simply becomes clogged!
