Deco App Showing Unknown Status of Connected Clients

I have been facing this issue since i bought my mesh system some of my devices status is Unknown on Deco App? Please fix it as soon as possible.

Hi, thanks for posting question here.
According to the screenshots you shared, the problem is that the signal source that your clients connected are unknown.
It is suggested to check firmware Upgrade on Deco app and update firmware first.
Then please update Deco app from Google Play or Apple Store.
Then please turn off Fast Roaming under Advanced part and Mesh technology for a try.

Hi, as the screenshot you shared before, did you disable Mesh Technology?
If so, it is suggested to send app log using the email address your registered on our community following this guide.

@Marvin_S When i use AP Mode on Deco so the App is not showing Unknown status now but when i use Router Mode on Deco so the App is showing Unknown status of connected clients.

Hi, I am still having some confusions about your situation.
1. How many Decos M4 do you have? May I confirm the model and OS of your phone where you use the Deco app?
2. Please share the current Deco app version on that phone. 1.6.1 is not the latest firmware of Deco M4(EU) V2, you may reboot your phone then check firmware update again on Deco app.
3. Did you ever reboot your Deco system? It is also suggested to check the problem you feedback on another phone.
4.Does the problem happen on the app page of each client device?

@Marvin_S I'm using (3) Deco M4 and my phone is Redmi Note 11 HyperOS Android 13 and my Deco is showing region (US) and Deco App is saying you have updated firmware of Deco Mesh System and my Deco App Version is (3.8.113) which is beta verison of Deco App which is available in Google Play Store and i tried (3.8.88) same problem nothing changed and everytime different connected clients showing UNKNOWN status not same client everytime.
