Archer C50<W> Ver:6.0, freezing, on PPPoE conection.
There is no firmware to update on the model page:
https://www.tp-link.com/br/support/download/archer-c50-(w)
other firmwares give error: 4503
This problem happens with two routers that I bought
Does anyone know if there is an update for it?
There is some pppoe configuration that makes it crash like this? it only comes back when it restarts.
Sometimes, even after restarting, it freezes and doesn't want to come back.

Hi @thiagotwm
If the device is still freezing, it seems that it has a hardware issue. You can contact your Local department to consult warranty service:

Hi @thiagotwm
Please check your model carefully. If the model is Archer C50 V6, you can click the following firmware download link:
Do you have a related link for the firmware you downloaded before? Please make sure that it is the same hardware and version as your device in order to adapt.

Hi, thanks for your help, friend.
If you look at the bug fixes for the latest firmware, you'll notice the fix for this problem:
https://www.tp-link.com/br/support/download/archer-c50/#Firmware
''5. Fixed the bug that the device could not get the NTP time after switching to PPPoE dialing or restarting''
The problem occurs on 2 routers, and a friend of mine has one with the same defect, I believe this update will solve it.
On the official page of his Archer C50 <W> there is no firmware.
The exchange will not be possible, I no longer have the purchase invoice.
Anyway, maybe I'll sell it to be used without PPPoE, and buy another one.
