Hello,

 

I have seen few threads on the topic already but none work for me.

The option to change owner is not available in the app

 

I have added my new e-mail address as manager but I need to change the owner in 27 days

This thing provides direct access to my home

 

How do I get it sorted ?

Hi, glad to hear your issue was resolved by app updating. Next time there is similar problem happens, it is also suggested to change another phone to check~

Hi, thanks for your posting here.

First, it is suggested to read this guide to know the difference between owner account and manager account.

So my X50, I paid good money for, does not support it. 

As I mentioned, I ve already checked the KBs and the forums before i posted here

Hi, thanks for your update~

Could you please share the hardware and firmware version of your Deco X50?

It is sincerely suggested to follow this guide to share us the system log of your Deco app for further analysis.

BTW, you may update Deco app from Google Play or Apple Store for a try.

Running on an android phone - so Google Play

app is up to date

app says firmware is up to date

 

followed the guide and shared the system logs
