I am using DECO E4R with one extender M3W.
I want to install one more M3W but its obsolete.
Which one can buy so to be compatible with E4R?

The selection of Deco models is large and could be confusing. For your specific case, I would suggest one of the following Deco models: E4, M4, S4, S7 or M5.
Any one of these could be good addition to your Deco mesh.
