Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 1.2.1 Build 20240723 Rel. 64983

I upgraded my S7 to a X20 and now address reservation stopped working. In addition port forwarding and static routing disappeared.

 

When I delete the ip address reservation and add it automatically it changes the ip address to an automatically allocated one. However when I delete it an add it manually it ignores me and keeps the old address assigned. I need to have my devices with very specific ip addresses which still falls in the allowed range, so using the automatic option will not work for me.

Hi, thanks for posting question here.

You may remove all the settings about address reservation and port forwarding, and reboot all Deco X20s manually. Then it is suggested reconfigure the advanced settings following the guides below:

How to configure Address Reservation on a Deco

How to set up Port Forwarding feature on the Deco
How to Create Static Routing on TP-Link Deco
