Model: EX220
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 2.8

I bought 5 identical routers, EX220 V2, and I configured one of them as CONTROLLER and the other 4 as Client.

Problem:
I configured the controller with a fixed IP. 192.168.10.240/16 (class B mask), however, its DHCP Server did not assume this mask 255.255.0.0.

It delivers IPs of the standard class C: 255.255.255.0

If we choose CUSTOM mask, the field to enter the custom mask DOES NOT APPEAR, and if we click SAVE, the ex220 does not allow it, because it requires the custom mask to be entered (a field that does not appear for filling out).

Is it a Firmware Bug???

  @Marco_Varanda

Hi,

May I confirm where did you purchase the router?

EX220 is a service provider customized model, so you can confirm the local support directly for more information about whether this parameter can be manually set up.

If you buy it by yourself, please contact the local support directly to get further help.
