Model: LS1005G
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version:

I've connected my Archer AX12 to my Hub LS1005G. I'm noticing that after a period of time (has varied every 10 mins), the switch is losing connection. I plug my 2 routers to my hub which is from hub LS1005G to the router 1 (my room) plugged in the port #2 and router 2 (my sister's room) port #3. It always disconnecting or losing its connection but after I try disconnecting my sister's router, it worked (my room's router). I don't why our 2 routers cannot process by our hub LS1005G even though before it is working well.

Help me with this please, I do not want to waste money to always by router/hub

PS. it is my third time to change router

Hi, thanks for posting question here.

When did you  purchase the switch? you may to swap the ports for your two routers or change different ports on the switch to confirm whether the problem only follows the port3.

It is also suggested to contact local support for direct help.

Hi, may I confirm what is your exact network topology?

Except the switch and two routers, do you have a main router/modem router?

@PrincePCKET Yes I have a main modem/router. It is the modem/router of our network provider. Sorry, I don't have idea what is the network topology.
