Just got this Router last week. it was working perfectly but All of sudden 5ghz stop working. I'm trying to connect, it's saying connection failed and then stopped showing up on the devices. i tried every thing, after 6th or 7th times rebooting the router. it's finally showing up and i can connect. but the internet speed is very slow..

Hi,

 

Please check if all the devices have a slow speed on 5G WIFI.

You can change the 5G channel and channel width, which would help improve the 5G speed.

 

If only certain device has this slow speed issue, you can check if there are any advanced settings like parental control or QoS settings.

And also check the wireless link speed on the device.
