Hi, if you have updated to 1.1.1, there should be an option to set the channel for 2.4GHz. Do you mean there isn't an option under the IOT network, only under the main Wi-Fi network?
If I'm right, when you edit the wireless channel on the Main WiFi network, the IOT/2.4GHz would follow the same channel.
And if there are many smart home devices, it is suggested to enable "High Efficiency" mode under Wireless Network Mode.
Thank you very much and best regards.

@David-TP
Hi,
Right, I disabled 2.4Ghz band on the normal network and using the IoT setting dedicated for 2.4Ghz. You are saying, there's no way around this?
Thanks for the response.

I'm afraid it is. The "Chanel Selection' is only added under the Main WiFi network. Best regards.

Ok so I was sent this update by tp-link support and besides this looking like to be for the wrong version of hardware - please see details here - https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/719152
I installed it regardless because it was sent by tp-link themselves to me and they know my system as I helped them fix a few bugs.
This version of firmware was supposed to contain my fixes for VPN client and also the Wireguard support is obviously a plus
So I installed it and it seemed ok until I started testing the VPN client functionality - to save further reading from the people with less time - it does NOT work
My fixes are there as the VPN is established successfully (before there were issues on switching profiles and actually get stability on the VPN connection) but once the VPN is established and the device goes through the necessary route changes to funnel the traffic from the clients in the list to the VPN tunnel - ALL the VPN traffic for the clients in the list gets Blackhauled / blocked / dropped ... not sure what happens in the device but it just stops there.
So whilst it's good that the features are coming it would be even better if they worked. I have been dealing with tp-link support for months to get this VPN client working properly and still not there.
tp-link support is not replying - I hope they do but my network is now unusable because I use the VPN client extensively and this firmware update completely destroyed it. Also it doesn't allow me to go back to my previous version and I think this has to do with the fact mentioned in the link on the post above but the reality is that I can't rollback
Is there any way to rollback from this version to a previous version ?
Thanks
Nuno

What is the time-line for these features rolling out to the BE95 series? They were the flagship product, cost the most, and seem to get the slowest updates.
