Archer c60/c80 freezes
Archer c60 as well as c80 both freezes up to 5-6 times a day, helps only switch off/on, when it's frozen - local ping not works, indicator of internet become yellow, when trying to go to 192.168.1.1 to open admin panel while frozen - it not responds. Works for some time after switch off and on again. Updated to latest available firmware - not helps. Please fix the issue, coz your product is simple unusable when it freeze 5-6 times a day, this is making me crazy.
More about issue, previously all was ok, but for the last I guess 1 month or 2 month this issues arrived, in fact nothing changed on my side, internet provider is same, devices used - same, so I don't know what to do. I have Archer c60 before, and it was working good, then started this problems I thought may be it was broken, and bought archer c80, but freeze for archer c80 started immediately in same day I bought it. What can I say is that probably problem is somewhere in firmware, coz it was updating to new firmware automatically.
Investigate and fix please.
thanks.

Hi, thanks for posting question here.
May I confirm some information to understand your situation better?
1.What is your exact network topology and who is your ISP?
2. What does the "Freeze" exactly mean? Will all your clients lose internet connection? Could you please share a video to show the problem that the router freezes and the internet LED goes yellow?
3.If it is more like an unstable connection problem, you may follow the troubleshooting steps in this guide and share more details.
Thanks for your cooperation~

@Marvin_S ok I got freeze again and this is how it looks:
1) m in Ukraine, ISP is Network Lviv, have internet via fiber, then from signal transformer I get it with lan cable to WAN, connection PPPOE, and I have 4 ports connected with cable. one to my imac, one to TV and to two PC-s + from 3 to 7 devices like phone or tablet connects via wifi.
2) admin panel not accesible:

ping not working:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Lnv0PULnxlLzlsndeeJl3fT1vi5UF5ru/view?usp=sharing
how router looks:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1gwX4DTETqaJcCTa3VmyMV5F8KngtN9eU/view?usp=sharing
3) Not it's not connection problem coz when I have connection problem then router is accessible via lan and I can ping it on 192.168.1.1 and enter panel and see that there is no internet connection for example. But this is something different and happens absolutely randomly it simple freezes.
And it was working on my c60 before all was ok, but like 1 or 2 month ago started this freezes on both c60 and c80. Possibly coz of firmware update or I don't know why
