Home report in Tether hangs
When trying to see a report, my Tether app hangs with the home icon. Requires closing of Tether app. Is there some reason I am not able to see reports?

Did it work properly before? It is suggested to update Tether app to latest from Apple Store or Google Play.

I just bought my tp-link router, and I just installed the Tether app on my phone.
When I go to the Android app store, I already have the latest app version.
So I deleted the app and reinstalled it. I still have the same problem. This time, it eventually timed out and states "Unable to connect to the device, please try again." I am able to see other data from the router so not sure why the connection does not work for reports.
I will try local support link.

Installed Tether app on my iPad, and I am able to get reports using the app on my iPad. I still cannot get reports on my Android app.Very frustrating.
