Homeshield Advanced Parental Controls unstable

I'm struggling with unstability with the Homeshield Advanced Parental Controls that is not showing graphics in Traffic hours. It has worked, but in October it stopped showing. Same in Juli and so on. The unstability is also with bedtime and so on.
I'm using Tether version 4.7.36.
Also the promised functions for Q1 2024 is not launched. Any idea when it will be launched for the AX95?
"Flexible Bed Time, Time Limits, Off Time, Time Reward,Family time
Blocked Apps*, App Time Limits*, Always Allowed Apps*
SafeSearch*, YouTube Restricted*, Comprehensive Insight
App management functions are set for Q1 2024. SafeSearch and YouTube are supported on most models with HomeShield; others anticipated by Q1 2024."

@Marvin_S The latest firmware has been installed manually without any success.
I have a yearly subscription on both Security + and Advanced Parental Controls bought in December 2023 that does not have any advantages when it's not working.
Should I stop the subscription or can TP-Link fix the problems - and launch the promised app management functions? As for now I haven't got any value for the money..

Hi, so sorry that I misread the information on the official website. Your current firmware has been the latest already.
For the unstable problem about advanced parental control and bedtime, it is sincerely suggested to take factory reset the router and reconfigure it for a try. If the same problem remains and get your permission,we would like to escalate your case to the senior support for further research.
For the features you feedback, I'll make sure to log this and pass it along to the related team.

Hi, I have been in contact with senior support - remote support that have adjusted the beta firmware several times and for the time beeing it works. TKID240634066
I'm just waiting for a new official firmware that fixes the problem. I'm not very comfortable with running the beta.
Also waiting for the Advanced Parental Control/app blocking: The expected support for this was Q1 2024. Should be launched soon? We are in Q1 2025

@Marvin_S Thank you for taking the time to answer.
However when TP-Link sets an expected date plan for a product with services as Avanced Parental Control it should be possible to pinpoint it more accurate than within a year or at least set a new launch date.
I have got no answers asking questions regarding either the new Homeshield Parental Controls or the old HomeCare Parental Control.
I had a Archer C3150 at first that stopped working and I was convinced to buy the expensive Archer AX95 because of the new Homeshield with app and a paid subscription for Advanced features and the Q1 2024 launching of App blocking, Youtube restrictions and so on.
So far I have got no answer for when or if it any of the features will be launched on AX95 and the only reason the AX95 somehow works is that I got in contact with a couple of service engineers that had the skills and knowledge to do remote support at beta firmware level.
So far I have bought two Archer Wifi high speed routers that has not given me what is promised and I am afraid that TP-Link cannot deliver on any promises that is not present at the time of bying the products.
However I need an answer on two simple and main questions. (If this isn't the right place to ask, please advice me to contact someone in the TP-Link organization/department/company that can answer these questions.
- Have I bought the wrong product (AX95) from the wrong brand since TP-Link cannot deliver what is promised?
- Is there a TP-Link wifi router similar to AX95 that has got the App blocking and the rest of Advanced features and is stabile at present time and where can I buy it?
Best regards

Hi, I can understand your feeling. It is a pity that Archer AX95 and Archer C3150 can not meet your needs.
As there are many Archer models, usually, one feature will be added gradually on different models.
Also, on the official website, it clearly says "*The availability of this feature may vary by model and software version. Please check the app to see if your model is supported. Specific support details are subject to the information displayed in the app."
We would like to pass your feedback to the related team and they will estimate. However, we are sorry to say that the exact date is not guaranteed.
Currently, after confirmation, about Homeshield supported models, there are indeed some models support APP Blocking already, like Archer AX55, Archer AXE75 and so on.
If you urgently need a model that has supported Blocked Apps, App Time Limits, Always Allowed Apps, SafeSearch and YouTube Restricted, you may consider Archer AXE75.
Thanks for your cooperation and best regards.

Thank you. However I can not see anything in the app regarding other models that have the possibility of full Avanced Parental Control with Flexible Bed Time, Time Limits, Off Time, Time Reward,Family time, Blocked Apps*, App Time Limits*, Always Allowed Apps*, SafeSearch*, YouTube Restricted*, Comprehensive Insight.
When trying the Find the device for you I choose different at no limit budget and the only choise I get is Archer AX95, Archer AXE300, Archer BE800 and so on.
There is no clear indication on which router that can give me what I want and need.
When I tried to fix my earlier problems with C3150 and changed to the Archer AX95 I was adviced to buy that one because it would have Advanced Parental App Control soon.
App management functions are set for Q1 2024. SafeSearch and YouTube are supported on most models with HomeShield; others anticipated by Q1 2024.
I asked in different forums (also this) before I had to decide quick what to buy because the C3150 destroyed my SmartHouse setup completely.
So - My best solution would be that the Archer AX95 got Homeshield Advanced Parental App Control within Q1 2025 or Q2 2025.
I have used enough money and hours and hours in solving problems with TP-Link tech team, both remote and by sending logs, reporting problems to skip the "best" adviced existing router from 2023/24.
Changing to a lower rated model than AX95 as the AX55, AXE75 or other is not on the purchasing list of a next best router that might give me a promised feature.
However - if there is a model with at least the same specs, speed, IPTV support and with a fully functional Advanced Parental App Control at this time I would probably go for it tomorrow and send the AX95 to another country :-) It must be up to speed - keep up with my Smarthouse zigbee, Z-Wave, Google, Electrolux, IPTV, Sonos and alarm/video installation.
Maybe one of theese Filtered TP-Link router models :are on the list of guaranteed routers that will have the fully functional App Control? It would be nice if there is a possibility to get an reliable estimate of delivery on the service.
Is there any hope for me and TP-Link to live happy together in 2025 with my AX95 or a new Archer BE800 f.ex ?
