Deco is connected but has no internet
Hello,
I recently bought the Deco E4 AC1200 Whole House Mesh WiFi system.
The 'main' Deco is in my sitting room and the satelleites are in the study and kitchen. When I'm trying to work in the study, the internet frequently cuts out and isn't good enough to take calls. Generally on the main deco it's OK. The connection seems to be good in the study - the icon on my laptop says the Wi-Fi is strong, and on the Deco app it suggests the connection is good.
I've done some of the things I could find online such as:
- Disable Fast Roaming
- Disable Beamforming
- Change the DNS Server to a public DNS
These haven't helped. Any suggestions on what else I could try?
