Having trouble to connect to Internet after configuring the router. I have inserted my PPPoE username & password from Unifi, selected Malaysia-Unifi profile but it still could not connect.
Is the model number Archer AX53? Please check and update its firmware to the latest version.
Does TM provide a PPPoE connection? Please contact them to verify that your username and password are 100% correct.

If the default IGMP version is V2 and you still can't connect to the internet, please try switching to V3.
