Hi,

Here's a setup diagram

ISP ROUTER -> MAIN DECO -----(wireless)-----> CHILD DECO ----(wired)----> Secondary router

Can I connect a secondary router to the child deco which has a wireless backhaul to the main deco?

Planning this with X60. Please let me know. Secondary router will function in "AP" mode.

Thanks.

  @stealthmode

Hi, welcome to the community.

It should work. As for using the "Secondary router", have you ever considered adding one more Deco, such as an extra Deco X60/X10?

I'm sure it would be better to have all units from Deco families for easy management.

Thank you very much and best regards.

  @David-TP Thank you for confirming, I have considered but it basically is about extending the connectivity from one floor to another floor which is 2 floors away. So, I'll have to pull this via an ethernet cable and another router.
