Configure Deco TP-Link X20 to support Wifi printer access even when Internet is down.

I want to configure my Deco TP-Link mesh system to support my local LAN like wifi printer, even when the
Internet is down. Currently, I do not seem to be able to connect to other LAN reswources when my Internet provider is down.

Hi, Thank you very much for the feedback.
Is there any chance that you could connect the LAN Ethernet-connected devices behind the satellite Deco X20, instead of the main Deco?
- By the way, do you use any network switch for the Ethernet connections?
Thanks again and best regards.
