Model: Deco X50  
Hardware Version: V7
Firmware Version: 1.2.8

At my old place, everything worked fine. I could access Plex outside of my house.

 

I had the modem/router into my computer.

 

I moved to a new place and now have a modem/router into the Deco mesh network into the PC.

 

Everything in my home network can see the plex but I can't access it outside.

 

What can I do about this?

 

Thanks for your help.

 

I am not actually sure on the hardware version. Where do I find that?

I figured it out. I just changed them to an access point and everything is now right in the world.

Hi, Welcome to the community.

Do you need to open any ports on the old router for the Plex server when accessing it from the remote?

 

It is suggested to set Deco into Access point mode to see whether it helped:
