Model: Archer C7  
Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version: 1.2.1 Build 20220715 rel. 19099

For the past week my children have been unable to get on Fortnite and I have been unable to get on my banking app. I have checked with Microsoft and reset the Xbox and changed the DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 but it still did not work. I have checked with my internet service provider who have confirmed there are no parental controls set and everything is working ok from their end. I have done a full reset on my Archer C7 changed the DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 I have added the Xbox IP address to the NAT Forwarding DMZ. But it still does not work. I have tried another router of a different brand and that works fine. What other settings should I change?

Hi,

 

Please check if you have set and advanced settings like parental control that may block certain APP or webpage,

If the other router can visit normally when connecting directly to the modem, you can do MAC clone to help solve this issue.

  @Moon80 thank you for your response, the router that works has been borrowed from a family member if I clone it will that impact their router?
