Fortnite and HSBC Banking App not working on
For the past week my children have been unable to get on Fortnite and I have been unable to get on my banking app. I have checked with Microsoft and reset the Xbox and changed the DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 but it still did not work. I have checked with my internet service provider who have confirmed there are no parental controls set and everything is working ok from their end. I have done a full reset on my Archer C7 changed the DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 I have added the Xbox IP address to the NAT Forwarding DMZ. But it still does not work. I have tried another router of a different brand and that works fine. What other settings should I change?
