Extender RE505X is "dead"

My extender RE505X stopped working. I have tried to reset for 10 seconds and more (needle in hole). Any suggestions?

If after a reset the RE is not working and it's under warranty contact your retailer. Otherwise you may contact your local support for further assistance.
