Does Deco BE85 support DFS for 5Ghz Channels (i.e. channel 100 and above) in the US?

Does the BE85 support DFS channels for client operation at all?
Assuming the back channels are all ethernet, it seems even in 160Mhz operation only the contiguous space from 36-64 is utilized (which tends to be very busy in US metro areas).
Is there no way to force - assuming no radar interference - DFS channels 100 and above for the 5Ghz Band?

Hi, welcome to the community.
Deco BE85(US) supports 240MHz over 5GHz and it does support using DFS channels 100 and above.
There is a workaround for "force - assuming no radar interference - DFS channels 100 and above for the 5Ghz Band" and please check the private message for more details.
Thank you very much and best regards.

Hi, The beta added the feature to manually select the channel. Currently, the latest firmware versions 1.1.1/1.1.2 for Deco BE85 have also added this feature and we no longer need that beta:
Deco BE85_1.1.2 New firmware with Optimized System Stability and Network Performance
Thank you.

@David-TP can you specify how this is supposed to work in terms of how channels that are presented are determined please?

@raven-au ok, a little more poking shows the answer is the channels presented depend on the channel width, 80/160Mhz.
Only channels that are valid for selection are presented, could cause some confusion since that itself is based on regional regulatory requirements and we have seen before many people don't accept that or believe it is a legal requirement.
