Hello,

 

Im currently having trouble with one of my Deco M9 Plus, it constantly stays on Yellow and will never change. i tried resetting it several times but it seems to be not doing anything. Please assist me and is there other ways to reset it or fix this issue.

Please test the suggestions provided by @stevenmicholes8 . You can also try different power sockets.

If the issue persists, please contact TP-Link local support to check the warranty for you.

  @funkyboyzzz  If the unit stays on a yellow light even after multiple resets, try unplugging it for 10 minutes before plugging it back in. You can also try a hard reset by holding down the reset button for 10-15 seconds until the light flashes. If the issue persists, it might be a hardware problem, and contacting  apkskeeda support for further assistance would be best.
