Deco IoT is Unstable
IoT is unstable, all deco not broadcasting IoT ssid, there is something horror going under the hood. Please look into this matter.
My two router broadcasting iot ssid but other two not. Regular ssid, guest ssid working fine.
My decos are in AP Mode.

Is your Deco M4 v2?
-If yes, Deco M4_v2_1.6.1/1.6.2 doesn't support IOT Network. When it is in the Mesh Network with Deco M5, only the main Deco M5 will broadcast the IOT SSID.
It is suggested to install the 1.7.0 beta firmware that has added the IOT network here.

@David-TP as i can see. 1.7.0 has issues, people reported that. Why 1.7.0 is not coming in stable channel? Why do i have to do it manually? Is it because unstable? If so, why are you suggesting people to install it?
