Is your Deco M4 v2?
-If yes, Deco M4_v2_1.6.1/1.6.2 doesn't support IOT Network. When it is in the Mesh Network with Deco M5, only the main Deco M5 will broadcast the IOT SSID.
It is suggested to install the 1.7.0 beta firmware that has added the IOT network here.
