I get constantly a this 3 errors, twice per minute... no connection problems but don't know what these means and if it is affecting performance in any way.

They are normal log entries about the roaming response to Deco from the mobile clients.
Many coding logs are mainly meaningful for software engineers. If Deco is functioning properly, we don't need to worry much about the error logs.
