Model: Deco X75
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

Hi guys,

I bought a 2 pack of the X75 to extend my network and my parents' network.

I installed one on my network - no problem.

Today, after about a week I went to my parents and installed the other one on their network but it couldn't find it when I wanted to add it to their network.

I tried resetting the device but couldn't.

Any idea if it's possible? what am I doing wrong?

Thank you!

  @Hasayeret

Hi, Actually, the units in the same pack could be used under separate networks. But please make sure they are far enough not to be able to detect each other's Wi-Fi signal.

You need to create two new Mesh networks for each of them, such as: How to Create a New Network in the Deco App

Wait for your reply and best regards.

@Hasayeret To answer the title of your post, no you can't afaik

Multiple pack Decos work as a "set". In your case, you can either add both of them either to your network, or your parents' network.

Or you can create a new network using both of them

Just a M4 (2-pack) user who regrets buying it
