Hi,

I have a couple of AV600 that works flawlessly.

One is attached with an ethernet cable to the router and the other one is in another room attached with an ethernet cable to my pc.

Now I'm thinking to expand my network to the garage so I planned to buy an AC1200 to attach in the garage so that I can connect other devices via wi-fi.

Is it possible? Are those compatible?

Or I need to buy another couple but with integrated wifi?

Thanks

Ps. I'm not sure if I made myself clear so I attached a picture to explain better the desired result. The blue path is what I already have working, the green one is the deside.

Hi,

You can expand your Powerline network with any Powerline adapters that support the same standard as your TL-PA4010 devices, which is called "HomePlug AV/AV2".

HomePlug AV/AV2 Powerline adapters that include AC1200-grade Wi-Fi would be, for example, the models "TL-WPA7617" and "TL-WPA8631P", but the exact model numbers might vary slightly depending on where you live.
