My TP Link extender just randomly started buzzing sounds like an electrical buzz. I have tried to reset it but nothing is happening.  Every now & then all lights flash up green apart from the WiFi light flashes red just for a few seconds then turn off leaving only the power light flashing green.  

Please help as i urgently need to use this.
